I have located some records of expenditure for general public transport but can not seem to to find any for public transport for those with special needs. Which i require for comparison. I also cannot locate info regarding grants awarded to community transport groups. Any help would be great thank you.

I’m buying a scooter, but my only problem is it’s up in Dublin and I’m in Cork.
Does anyone know any good company that could transport it to me?
It’s a vespa so it’s not big or anything.
