Heres how it would work:

1 . The 1 per week would be deducted from all our salaries in your PAYE system.

2. A separate Company would be set up to which all the revenue will be paid to ensure no Government is involved in the running.

3. The pilot scheme would run for 10 years.

4. All children, retired, sick people, unemployed, job seekers are exempt

5. It would not matter if you have a car and say you do use the transport system just look at the size of car parks at stations.
It is there for all to use and there would be nothing to pay at the time you use.

6. All visitors and holiday makers to the UK can use it and they would go back to thier respective countries and tell what a magnificent system we operate.

7 It would be designed to get people off the roads and save this planet.

8. It would take a bit of getting use to for the the public at first but like all things they would begin to admire the system

9. All fuel use would be subsidised.

I have my own ideas on this but I need to answer this detailed in an assignment and I just wanted to know if I am on the right lines.

i know that transporting a horse can be quite costly. I am thinking about transporting a rescue horse from ireland to the Uk and am just wondering how much it would cost.
